Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ACME Wildlife, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ACME Wildlife provides pest control, wildlife removal, and related services. The specific services, pricing, and terms of each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quote provided to you.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ACME Wildlife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Property Access

You grant ACME Wildlife permission to access your property for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access and for securing pets and valuables prior to our arrival.

8. Chemical Safety

We use EPA-registered products applied by licensed technicians. We will provide you with safety information and re-entry intervals for any products used. Please follow all instructions provided by our technicians.

9. Email, Text Messages, and Mobile Communications

If you affirmatively opt in, ACME Wildlife may send service, appointment, account, billing, and support emails and text messages to the email address and/or mobile number you provide and—only where separately authorized—marketing communications. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help; use the unsubscribe link in an email to opt out of emails. We also honor equivalent clear opt-out requests. Opting out does not cancel a service, appointment, or contract. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the contact details provided and will notify us if they change.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information, including mobile messaging data. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions or our text-message program, please contact us at the contact information on our website.

Mobile Messaging Terms

Service and account text messages and promotional or review-request text messages require separate, optional consent. Neither SMS choice is a condition of purchasing or requesting service. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email consent is collected separately from SMS consent. Promotional SMS consent is also collected separately from service and account SMS consent.
